Simulation and Visualization

“I’m doing a free operating system, just a hobby.”

– Linus Torvalds, 1991

Simulation and visualization is the integrating hub of everything we do. Every operations research question, every system design trade study, every GNC algorithm, and every fire control concept converges here — where it gets validated at scale on our own infrastructure. We build the tools we use, including Dead Eye, our proprietary Vulkan-based 3D engine written from scratch in C++. Dead Eye runs on our own data centers with hundreds of Xeon cores and dedicated NVIDIA GPU clusters. We are building the facility and computational infrastructure to bring this capability to the highest classification levels.

Dedicated Compute Infrastructure

Our geographically distributed data centers in Arizona provide the computational backbone for large-scale simulation campaigns and AI model training. With hundreds of Xeon processor cores and dedicated NVIDIA GPU clusters optimized for both inference and training workloads, we generate millions of parameterized engagement scenarios in-house. This infrastructure — owned and operated by Missile Experts — is purpose-built for defense simulation and is being scaled to support classified workloads.

Dead Eye Simulation & Visualization Engine

Dead Eye is our proprietary 3D simulation and visualization engine, written from scratch in C++ with a custom Vulkan rendering pipeline. It delivers precision 6DOF flight dynamics, PBR materials, HDR environment lighting, GPU compute physics, and a custom immediate-mode UI framework — all built in-house with no external rendering dependencies. Dead Eye integrates WGS84 geospatial coordinates with Cesium 3D Tiles streaming for photorealistic terrain visualization anywhere on Earth, and includes built-in atmospheric, gravity, and wind models for high-fidelity flight simulation. The engine supports multi-platform deployment, distributed simulation, and modular hardware-in-the-loop integration.

AI-Optimized Fire Control

We are pioneering the application of large language models to fire control optimization. We heavily deploy open-weight LLMs fine-tuned with custom LoRA adapters trained on the output of our massive Monte Carlo simulation campaigns. This approach gives us the flexibility, transparency, and on-premises control that classified work demands, while delivering AI systems that evaluate threat environments and recommend optimal engagement strategies faster and more comprehensively than traditional approaches.
